Wifey to the brightest firefly in my jar. On the wrong side of my 20s. Altruistic. Gym Rat. Tough Cookie. Triathlete. Slightly obsessed with cashew butter and sprinkles. Driven. Eternal Optimist. Decent with a KitchenAid and a rifle. Lover of travel, laughter, dwelling in a good book and my immeasurably great family & friends.

I’m not a certified trainer or nutritionist and certainly don’t consider myself an expert by any means. Any advice on the blog I give is all from my own experience and research. I love sharing my journey and things I whip up in the  kitchen. Do I only eat sugar free healthy treats that you see here? Absolutely not. I love baking with sugar, butter, and flour too.  I have found that I feel good, sleep better, and have more energy when I eat things high in protein and low sugar. I want to prove that you don’t have to eat chicken, brown rice and broccoli all day to reach your goals.
